These terms govern your use of macmillanconsulting.com (the “site”). By using the site you agree to them. In these terms, “MacMillan”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean 16098738 Canada Inc. operating as MacMillan Consulting.
The site describes our fractional finance leadership, Talent-as-a-Service and consulting offerings. Nothing on the site is an offer, quote or contract. Any professional services we provide are governed by a separate written client service agreement signed by you and MacMillan, which sets out the agreed scope, deliverables, fees, term, notice and cancellation terms for your engagement. If those terms differ from anything on the site, the signed service agreement prevails. We provide our service agreement before an engagement begins — request a copy at info@macmillanconsulting.com.
Fees for engagements are set out in your proposal and service agreement. We invoice in Canadian dollars (CAD) or United States dollars (USD) depending on where your business is located or incorporated — clients incorporated in the United States are generally billed in USD, and others in CAD. Your service agreement states the currency and payment terms that apply to you.
